Peranan Penduduk Dalam Pembangunan Ekonomi

Sebuah catatan singkat terkait dengan peranan penduduk dalam pembangunan ekonomi.

Peranan penduduk (khususnya sumber daya manusia) dalam pembangunan ekonomi ditentukan oleh dua faktor, yaitu: faktor jumlah dan faktor kualitas.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di negara-negara berkembang adalah bagaimana menyalurkan tenaga-tenaga kerja yang sekarang bekerja secara tidak produktif. Di negara-negara maju, besarnya jumlah penduduk dianggap sebagai pencegah atau penghambat terjadinya stagnasi dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan di negara berkembang, jumlah yang terus meningkat merupakan bahaya dan dapat mengakibatkan stagnasi dalam perkembangan ekonomi.

Persoalan yang terjadi di Indonesia, khususnya masalah peranan penduduk dalam pembangunan, antara lain:

1. Jumlah penduduk yang besar;

2. Penyebaran penduduk yang tidak merata;

3. Kesuburan tanah yang tidak merata.

Pengetahuan adalah kumpulan fakta-fakta yang saling berkaitan satu sama lain mengenai sesuatu hal tertentu. Ilmu adalah pengetahuan yang telah disistematika atau disusun secara teratur sesuai dengan bidang tertentu atau jelas batasan, sasaran, cara kerja dan tujuannya.

Peran Pemuda Dan Kemahasiswaan

Pendahuluan

               

Masa depan Bangsa Indonesia sangatlah ditentukan oleh para generasi muda Bangsa ini. Kaum Muda Indonesia adalah masa depan Bangsa ini. Karena itu, setiap pemuda Indonesia, baik yang masih berstatus pelajar, mahasiswa ataupun yang sudah menyelesaikan pendidikannya merupakan faktor-faktor penting yang sangat diandalkan oleh Bangsa Indonesia dalam mewujudkan cita-cita bangsa dan juga mempertahankan kedaulatan Bangsa.

           

Dalam upaya mewujudkan cita-cita dan mempertahankan kedaulatan bangsa ini tentu akan menghadapi banyak permasalahan, hambatan, rintangan dan bahkan ancaman yang harus dihadapi. Masalah-masalah yang harus dihadapi itu beraneka ragam. Banyak masalah yang timbul sebagai warisan masa lalu, masalah yang timbul sekarang maupun masalah yang timbul di masa depan negara kita.

           

Dengan masalah-masalah yang sudah ada maupun yang akan datang, penting bagi rakyat Indonesia, terutama kaum pemuda dan mahasiswa untuk membiasakan diri dalam meningkatkan dan memperbaiki produktifitas kita sebagai Bangsa Indonesia.

           

Peranan pemuda  dan mahasiswa dalam perjalanan sejarah bangsa Indonesia memang bersifat dominan dan monumental. Di era pra-kemerdekaan maupun di era kemerdekaan, pemuda selalu tampil dengan jiwa dan semangat kepeloporan, perjuangan, dan patriotismenya untuk mengusung perubahan dan pembaharuan.

           

Karya-karya monumental para pemuda dan mahasiswa Indonesia itu dapat ditelusuri melalui peristiwa bersejarah antara lain; Boedi Oetomo (20 Mei 1908) yang kemudian diperingati sebagai Kebangkitan Nasional, Sumpah Pemuda (28 Oktober 1928), pemuda dan mahasiswa mempelopori sebuah perubahan politik yang dramatis, mengantarkan munculnya era Orde Baru yang tergabung dalam KAMMI (Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Indonesia), KAPPI (Kesatuan Aksi Pemuda Pelajar Indonesia), KASI (Kesatuan Aksi Sarjana Indonesia), dan sebagainya, serta Gerakan Reformasi 1998 yang lumrah kita sebut Tragedi Semanggi (Berakhirnya rezim Soeharto).

MATURE

There are some aspects that became a benchmark of one's manhood:

1. Intellectual
Adults say it is seen from our ability to form the establishment. not wishy washy! That is, we have a clear stance or principle so that is not easily confused in attitude. Receiving other people's opinions but it may better make their own decisions firmly and free. The point still think very carefully before deciding anything.

2. Emotional
This is the most visible of a person. If we are able to control emotions, whatever problems we are experiencing, can be faced with either without fear and anxiety. Controlling emotions is very necessary in order not to harm others. Really lazy if we stigmatize people emotion and finally left!

3. Social
Social aspect is reflected in the openness towards others. We always managed to make a friendship. Does not depend on anyone, but that does not mean we do not need anyone else. We can adapt and respect the laws, customs and mores of society wherever we are. The point is to think positive about everyone, and low self-esteem.

4. Moral
Generally the more mature of us, will be more concerned with others rather than yourself. That is selfish level we can be depressed because we feel we are not alone in this world. The higher our moral more we appreciate each other.

5. Spiritual
Maturity can be seen in terms of how confident are not narrow. We are able to interact and nurture good relationships with people who believed differently from ourselves. If you've reached it, we are able to love others without the boundaries of religion, race, ethnicity, or class. And most importantly always come first and the feelings of our hearts for the above or our Lord.


The characteristics of a mature love, among others:

* Patience, gentle and loving
* Putting in a salute to each other
* Be able to control sexual desire
* Generous and unselfish
* Do not justify themselves
* Mutual understanding and tolerance
* Trust each other
* Easy to forgive a mistake
* Willing to sacrifice for couples
* Honest and open with each other
* Accept what is
* Put the common interest above their own interests
* Thinking of the future
* A sense of love as deep and enduring love for one another

In contrast to adult love, love to be volatile as a representation of Love Eros (Lust) are among others:
* Stands out in terms of thoughts about sex
* Each stand out as that should take precedence
* Selfish
* Irritability
* Vindictive and bob up and down error
* Demanding preferential treatment
* Easy suspicious and jealous
* Justify themselves
* Like to count in their respective service
* Dishonest
* Often thought to pleasure moment

DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA/SUPREME COMMANDER OF THE ARMED FORCES ON THE RETURN TO THE CONSTITUTION OF 1945

"In the name of the one and only God, we President of the Republic of Indonesia/Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, hereby solemnly declare:

That the recommendation of the President and the Government to return to the 1945 Constitution, which recommendation was conveyed to all people of Indonesia in the statement of the President on April 22, 1959, has not been decided upon by the Constituent Assembly as stipulated in the Provisional Constitution;

That because of the decision of the majority of members of the Constitution-making body to attend no more sessions, it is no longer possible for the Constituent Assembly to conclude the task entrusted to it by people;

That this creates a situation within the State order which endangers the unity and the safety of the State, the national and the people, and which constitutes an obstruction to overall progress and development in acheiving a just and prosperous society:

That with the support of the majority of the Indonesian People, and impelled by our own conviction, we are obliged to follow the only way possible to save our proclamation state;

That we have the conviction that the Jakarta Charter, dated June 22, 1945, gave an inspiration to the 1945 Constitution and is linked in unity with that Constitution;

Therefore, based on the above-mentioned considerations, we, the President of the Republic of Indonesia/Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, declare the dissolution of the Constituent Assembly; declare the reapplication of the 1945 Constitution for the whole Indonesia people and the whole Indonesia fatherland as from the date of the decree, and the discontinuance of the provisional Contitution.

The formation of the Provisional People's Consultative Congress (Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Sementara), consisting of members of the people's Representative council (Parliament)(Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat) plus representatives from the regions and from groupings, and the formation of the Provisional Supreme Advisory Council (Dewan Pertimbangan Agung Sementara) will be realised in the shortest possible time."
