Peranan Penduduk Dalam Pembangunan Ekonomi

Sebuah catatan singkat terkait dengan peranan penduduk dalam pembangunan ekonomi.

Peranan penduduk (khususnya sumber daya manusia) dalam pembangunan ekonomi ditentukan oleh dua faktor, yaitu: faktor jumlah dan faktor kualitas.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di negara-negara berkembang adalah bagaimana menyalurkan tenaga-tenaga kerja yang sekarang bekerja secara tidak produktif. Di negara-negara maju, besarnya jumlah penduduk dianggap sebagai pencegah atau penghambat terjadinya stagnasi dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan di negara berkembang, jumlah yang terus meningkat merupakan bahaya dan dapat mengakibatkan stagnasi dalam perkembangan ekonomi.

Persoalan yang terjadi di Indonesia, khususnya masalah peranan penduduk dalam pembangunan, antara lain:

1. Jumlah penduduk yang besar;

2. Penyebaran penduduk yang tidak merata;

3. Kesuburan tanah yang tidak merata.

Sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 12 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan, jenis dan hierarki peraturan perundang-undangan terdiri atas:

1. Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945;

2. Ketetapan Majelis Permusyaratan Rakyat;

3. Undang-Undang/Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang;

4. Peraturan Pemerintah;

5. Peraturan Presiden;

6. Peraturan Daerah Provinsi;

7. Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten/Kota;

Sebagai negara hukum, Indonesia mengenal beberapa asas peraturan perundang-undangan, yaitu:

Beauty And The Beast

Once upon a time, there was a rich merchant who had three daughters. These Children were very beautiful, but the youngest girl was the most beautiful of the three. She was called Beauty because she was so beautiful.

One day, the merchant lost all his money. He left his fine house in the town and went with his daughters to live in a little cottage in the country. Here he worked in the garden and beauty worked in the house. The merchant and Beauty got up every morning at four o'clock. They worked very hard. But the two elder girls were idle children. They did not like working. They stay in bed till eight o'clock. Beauty was kind to every one and every one liked Beauty because she was so good and kind. The two elder girls were unkind to Beauty when their father was not at home. They were angry because they could not live in a big house and have many servants.

Sky Behind The Trees

Tom Thumb

Once upon a time, there was a man who had a wife and seven children. One of these children was  very short, when he was a baby. The child began to grow bigger and fatter everyday, but he never grew taller than his father's thumb. That is why his name is Tom Thumb.

Tom's parents were very poor. His father earn less money. Their mother could not give her children much food. They often hungry. Their mother was very sad. She often cried because her children very hungry. She love her children very much. She was always kind to them.

One evening, when the children were in bed, their father said: "We are very poor. We have no bread for our seven children. Tomorrow I shall take them to the wood. They must stay there. The must not stay again."

"Oh no, do not do that." Said their mother. "In the wood there are very many wild animals. The wild beasts will come and eat them all up." Little Tom Thumb heard what his father said.

Dalam membuat suatu kontrak, haruslah terlebih dahulu memahami kontrak yang akan dikerjakan dengan menganalisa dan menentukan rancangannya. Kemudian salah satu tugas awal adalah tahap penyusunan. Dalam penyusunan diperlukan suatu penelitian atau kejelian para pihak yang akan membuat kontrak itu sendiri.

Little Red Coat

Once upon a time, there was little girl. Her mother was a poor woman. The little girl and her mother did not live in a big house. They live in a small but near the forest. The mother loved her daughter very much and the little girl loved her mother. They loved each other very much. They were very happy.

The little girl often play in the forest. There where green fields where she could run and play find flowers for her mother. The birds in the trees and the animals in the forest came to love the little girl. She was not afraid of the animals and the birds when she was in the forest. She knew that the animal and the birds loved her.

One day, the mother made a red coat for the girl. She gave it to the girl and said: "Put it on!" It was a fine coat and the mother said: "I shall call you Little Red Coat." Little red coat was a very pretty girl.

One day, Little Red Coat said: "I want to show my red coat to my grandmother." Then the girl's mother put some eggs to grandmother.
